• I have been going to gyms for quite a while now, just like every one else. I have seen one thing in common with all of them...Pressure.

You have sales people, personal trainers, and front desk people all trying to get you to buy something. After training at a gym that said, "We are not like that." And became what they did not want to become; I ventured out to do what I felt was right.

I found a gym with a philosophy just like mine...lets change how people eat and be active so that they can gain everything that self image that they might not have had. I pride myself on my clients that I have had in the past and going to have in the future with any lifestyle success that may have had due to me.

In the past I may have come from the same place as them I was about 20 some percent body fat, 5'3" tall and at 198 Lbs. At some point just like me you get tired of it and want a change and that is what I want to do for as many people as I can.

I want to educate them and train them so that they not only look good but feel great.

When I made that change I decide to get into bodybuilding and being more active by joining community leagues for softball and flag football.
My Philosophy is overload, timing and frequency. I believe that you need all of those to be able to create or sustain muscle for physical change, yeah it may suck but boy will you like the results.

With me there are no gimmicks or lies, just me asking you to wait for the results to come.

There are some things that you need when you are trying to accomplish physical change. That is cardiovascular exercise, Weight resistance, and Supplementation with your food plan.

I take a lot of time looking at supplement companies and checking to see how they work and what they use, everyone knows that 99% of supplements are not FDA approved but let me tell you if you are one of those people that don't believe in supplements ask yourself...do I take a multi-vitamin?

If you do not take a vitamin; why not? You should be doing that at least.

Now if you do take a multi-vitamin and you do not believe in supplements; let me tell you that is a supplement.

Supplements are there for you to get nutrients that we don't get in on regular bases in so that we can be healthier and more energized.
